I'm Kiana, I live in Utah with my husband, Henry. When I am not working you can find me outside! I love anything outdoors, hiking, long boarding, backpacking, running and camping.
I love spending time with the people most important to me. I am a chips and salsa enthusiast and will eat way too much in one sitting. I have the best job in the world because I get to meet amazing people and make so many connections, I am all about the real stuff.

I feel you, because my husband takes approximately 50 photos of me in a year and isn’t a big photo guy! That’s why I set out to make this a fun, easy, and memorable photo experience!
I'll help prep you before our sessions with a style guide, location guide, and a questionnaire to get to know you both! I'll Incorporate information you’ve given me to know how to guide you and give you prompts that will feel more accurate to your relationship! I use your love languages to make sure you both feel loved and seen in your time with me + the camera!

My goal is to create authentic timeless photos. I want you to cherish those memories forever and have photos that reflect that. My hope is when you look back at them you'll feel you're able to relive the day over and over again. I have spent so much time, money in gear, education, and investing in photography/myself to be able to really deliver on my part. This is why I charge what I do and why I don't take this job lightly. I am passionate about giving you not only the best photos but also the best wedding experience possible.

what makes me different
I describe my shooting style as "guided documentary," where I help clients feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera while capturing their best angles. At the same time, I allow natural, candid moments to unfold in real time. I’ll position you in the best lighting, guide poses during formal portraits (like adjusting hair, fixing posture, or fluffing your dress), suggest ideal photo spots at your venue, prioritize the photographs that matter most to you, and recommend timelines that consider lighting and key photos. I won’t make you redo a first look, interrupt candid moments, dictate how you should act or react, or turn your wedding day into a strict photoshoot.
